TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 19 July 2026 · Operator of https://mazerealm.com (“Maze Realm”, “we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing Maze Realm you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Maze Realm is a web-based first-person procedural maze game and creation platform with optional XRPL wallet features (login, subscriptions, maze NFT minting, royalties, and prize pools as described on the site). Features may be beta or region-limited.

3. Accounts & wallets

You may play as a guest or connect an XRP Ledger wallet (e.g. Xaman, hardware via supported bridges). You are responsible for safeguarding seeds, devices, and credentials. We never custodially hold your private keys. Wallet transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-ledger.

4. Tiers & payments

Free and paid plans are described on /plans. Paid features (including the editor) require a valid entitlement. Blockchain payments and fiat processors may apply fees. Refunds are handled case-by-case where required by law.

5. User content & mazes

You retain rights to original mazes you create, subject to licenses granted for hosting, display, and gameplay. Published mazes may be minted as NFTs; royalty and ownership rules follow catalog and on-chain metadata. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Prizes & royalties

Prize pools and creator royalties are funded from realized paid activity as described on /economy. Payouts may require a linked wallet and eligibility checks. We may delay or refuse payouts for fraud, sanctions, or legal risk. Competition is skill-based maze solving; local laws may restrict participation.

7. Prohibited conduct

No cheating, exploit automation that harms others, wash trading for prizes/royalties, harassment, or attempts to compromise the service or other users’ wallets.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party apps (including Xaman) are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maze Realm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of crypto assets due to user error, phishing, or protocol failures.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
