1. Who we are
Maze Realm operates the website and game at mazerealm.com. Contact: support@mazerealm.com.
2. Data we process
- Gameplay data: maze runs, scores, preferences stored in browser and/or our servers.
- Wallet data: public XRPL address, provider name (e.g. Xaman), and network when you connect. We do not receive private keys or seeds.
- Account demos: optional mock email/password for tier testing.
- Technical logs: IP, user agent, and error logs for security and reliability.
- Communications: emails you send to support.
3. Xaman & third parties
Optional wallet sign-in uses third-party apps (including Xaman, Crossmark, GemWallet, Ledger, Trust Wallet, and Exodus). Their privacy practices apply to data processed in those apps. We only receive your public XRPL address after you approve sign-in.
4. Why we process data
To provide the game, authenticate wallet sessions, enforce plan entitlements, operate leaderboards/prize/royalty features, secure the service, and respond to support requests. Legal bases may include contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage for session, UI preferences, and teaser dismissals. Essential cookies/storage are required for login and play. You can clear site data in your browser.
6. Retention
Gameplay and leaderboard records may be retained while the service operates. Support emails are kept as needed to resolve issues. On-chain data is permanent by design of the XRP Ledger.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share with infrastructure providers (hosting), payment processors, and when required by law. Public leaderboards may show initials and scores.
8. Security
We use industry-reasonable measures. No method is 100% secure. Protect your wallet and devices.
9. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (subject to legal exceptions). Contact support@mazerealm.com. Wallet addresses on public ledgers cannot be erased from the blockchain.
10. Children
Maze Realm is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age where required). Do not use the service if you are under the applicable age.

We may update this Policy and will post the new date here.
